Derrell James

As Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations, Derrell James is charged with developing an innovative company-wide experience strategy and customer success engagement model that enables customers to achieve real business growth with Juniper solutions. In addition, he is responsible for strategic, financial and operational leadership for Juniper’s four service lines of business. These services include maintenance services, advanced services - a high-touch, premium support offering, a rapidly expanding professional services organization and educational services. James brings more than 34 years of experience with Fortune 50 technology services companies. Prior to Juniper, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Services and Solutions at RingCentral, Inc – a provider of state-of-the-art cloud communications solutions. He has held additional leadership positions as CEO of Optum360 and executive roles at ACS/Xerox Business Services, EMC2 and Perot Systems. His expertise spans infrastructure services, applications development, operations, strategic planning, technology innovations, mergers and acquisitions and revenue growth.
