Shirley Yeung is the Total Rewards Director for Asia Pacific, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of Juniper’s Total Rewards strategy across all businesses and functions for the region, as well as the Benefits and Wellness programs for India. In this role, Shirley collaborates closely with APAC stakeholders and leadership to implement a Total Rewards strategy that best supports business objectives while fostering an employee-first culture and experience. Since joining Juniper in 2009, Shirley has developed a strong track record of developing compensation and benefit strategies that drive growth, attract & retain talent, promote employee wellness, optimize the workforce, and drive productivity. Prior to joining Juniper, Shirley has held roles in several multinational corporations across a variety of industries, including Avon, Solomon Systech Limited, and DBS Kwong On Bank Limited. Shirley holds a Master of Business Economics degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
