So, how does Juniper ensure we’re collecting relevant data to optimize the user experience? It starts with our data scientists working closely with our customer success teams, who are our domain experts and a proxy for our enterprise customers. And with the closed-loop customer service feedback, it continuously learns and improves, delivering increasingly accurate insights and recommendations.
Expanding the data ecosystem
But we don’t stop there. With a strong partner ecosystem and 100% open APIs, we’re able to glean data from more sources, further enhancing functionality and extending insights. For example, Marvis® Application Experience Insights integrates Zoom and Microsoft® Teams meeting data with Juniper network data to pinpoint the root cause of poor video experiences—even predicting call quality before the call begins. This proactive approach not only assures exceptional collaboration experiences for users but also frees up IT teams to focus on more strategic initiatives.
