Steve Tufts

With 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Steve is the Senior Vice President of Customer Service at Juniper Networks, where he leads global service sales, delivery and customer success for Juniper’s products and solutions. He is passionate about creating value for Juniper’s customers, partners, and shareholders, and fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and diversity at Juniper Networks. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an Executive Business Degree from Stanford University. He is based at Juniper Networks' headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.
