Adam Rypinski

As Senior Director, Digital Experience and Automation at Juniper Networks, Adam is passionate about the customer experience and need to continually reevaluate and transform to keep up with the industry and with ever-changing customer expectations. In his role at Juniper, Adam and his team aim to transform Juniper’s customer experience into one that is proactive, predictive and highly self-service focused. Before joining Juniper, Adam was a Technical Support Engineer at NetScreen Technologies in 1999. Juniper acquired NetScreen in 2004. Most of Adam’s career has been in Customer Service. In Juniper, he has worked as a JTAC Engineer and Manager, hired the first Service Managers, was central to many of the JTAC and Support business processes and led multiple transformation projects. Today, he leads our Digital Experience and Automation Team delivering the Juniper service experience.
