We hope that you, your employees, friends and families are all well during this challenging global situation with COVID-19. We thank you for your trust in 128 Technology as a software partner for your networks, which are now more vital than ever.
We continue to monitor the developments globally, and our clear priorities are to safeguard the well-being of our employees and the continued productivity of our customers. We do not currently foresee any impact to the development or delivery of the 128 Technology software due to COVID-19. We’ll continue to keep you updated as the situation evolves and have assembled the following information to both help you stay informed.
People + Remote Work
Thanks in part to our own technology, 128 Technology employees and contractors are already able to (and frequently do) work from anywhere and have the resources and tools they need to do their jobs securely from any location. To make determinations around remote work and office closures, we carefully monitor and consider advice from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. Department of State, and government and health officials in Massachusetts
128 Technology Solutions for Remote Workforce
Our customers are also focused on making their networks more resilient, secure and performant during this period. 128 Technology’s Session-SmartTM routers and service-centric fabric enable a “work from anywhere” architecture that is uniquely able to:
Improve the user experience for critical applications no matter where the user or application reside.
Deliver advanced security and compliance across a highly distributed “work from anywhere” environment.
Provide deep visibility very rich analytics and insights into a wide spectrum of metrics including network performance, bandwidth consumption, application usage, faults and more.
Supply Chain & Hardware
Our main hardware partners manufacture in Taiwan/Canada/USA (Lanner), Israel (Silicom) and Mexico (Lenovo). There are dependencies on sub-tier parts that are manufactured in China, and our customers have experienced longer lead-times for servers.
Hardware partners are maintaining vigilance and continue to seek to meet our customer’s needs for deployment.
Customer Success + Support
As always, we are here to support you. Please know that we are absolutely committed to your success.
Our solutions are architected with high availability, resilience and security. While our software is resistant to COVID-19, should you encounter any other issues you can reach out to our Customer Success team. That team, and many other resources, are available 7x24x365 and can be accessed via the following link.
We appreciate your trust and partnership. We will continue to make every effort to ensure that your networks serve the needs of your business, your customers and your employees. Now, more than ever, the 128 Technology team is focused on helping you deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Sincerely,
– Andy Ory, CEO and Co-Founder
