Granite Telecommunications, our largest MSP partner in the Americas, has recently expanded its relationship, offering customers the full suite of our campus and branch networking solutions.
Juniper’s AI-driven solutions simplify management, speed new provisioning and help Granite to proactively identify the reasons for network outages and other service issues – ultimately reducing mean time to repair. Because of Juniper’s AI technology, Granite finds they can remotely fix problems 90% of the time – and when a manual fix is required, they can pinpoint the exact problem and make sure they send the right technician for the job.
This news brings to mind just how strong the partnership between Juniper and Granite is and how well the two companies operate together. In fact, in case you missed it, earlier this year, Granite was named our 2022 Managed Service Provider Partner of the Year!
The Evolving Enterprise

Delivering for Customers
Juniper and Granite recently worked with a fuel retailer to modernize their network at scale. The rapidly growing retailer chose Juniper’s full stack of AI-driven solutions, including wired, wireless and SD-WAN, as a managed service through Granite Telecommunications. The results of the engagement were recently discussed in a presentation given by Brian O’Connor, VP of Solutions Engineering at Granite.
With Granite’s managed services and Juniper’s AI-driven solutions, the retailer was able to rapidly deploy their new networking solutions and improve their time to resolution with AIOps. Some 60 sites were rolled out in only 90 days – all within the height of the recent supply chain/availability crisis.
Another joint customer, a prosthetics and orthotics provider, is currently deploying 60 sites per week across almost 900 locations. This speed to deployment is possible with Juniper’s unified management platform, zero touch provisioning and automated templating tools. O’Connor noted a 75% decrease in the average on-site deployment time with Juniper compared to their previous solution.
