What does Atlantic Health have in common with one of the world’s largest quick-serve restaurants, University of Oxford, and ServiceNow?

Juniper saw an amazing 28 percent year-over-year growth in total bookings for the company, including record orders in key areas such as AI data center and our Mistified Campus and Branch.

At the core of this innovation is Mist AI, which now touches all our solution areas: Campus & Branch, Data Center, WAN Routing and Security. Each of these solutions are at different stages of AI maturity, which we refer to as stages of self-driving automation. With our commitment to Mist AI technology, we are progressing our entire portfolio toward the ultimate objective of being fully self-driving, resulting in the best user and operator experiences from client to cloud.
But this journey won’t happen overnight. For a solution to become truly AI-native and ultimately self-driving, it must collect the right data via the right infrastructure and be thoroughly road tested to deliver the right insights and actions to network operators. It took Mist five years as a standalone company to apply these principles to wireless, leveraging purpose-built AI-native hardware and a microservices cloud to eventually deliver the incredible results we achieve today: 85 percent lower network operation cost and 90 percent fewer user trouble tickets. In the six years following the acquisition, we’ve brought similar AI-native capabilities to all the other areas of our portfolio, which now include wired access, SD-WAN, NAC, data center networks, and edge routing. As a result, Juniper now has the industry’s only integrated AI-native networking platform driven by Mist AI. Any vendor that suggests they can implement a successful AI engine comparable to Mist in short order is either kidding themselves or kidding you (or both). So why wait?

We’re excited about the proposed combination of HPE and Juniper because it will further accelerate the pace of innovation towards delivering the best secure AI-native networks in the industry. Despite the recently filed U.S Department of Justice complaint seeking to prohibit the closing of the deal, we remain committed to this union and are confident that we will prevail in this litigation.
Antonio Neri, HPE CEO, shared in his February 2024 blog post that: “The combination of HPE and Juniper Networks will radically change the networking industry – not by eliminating products from either portfolio – but by creating greater choice in this sector.”
