It means saying goodbye to combing through pages upon pages of results and hello to accessing precise, targeted information at incredible speeds. That’s AI in action!
In a matter of seconds, search results are presented along with relevant citations for each query. The citations simplify information source tracing to help ensure trust in the robustness and reliability of the results, as well as provide a path for deeper investigation. The model only scans public-facing data from Juniper documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to uphold the highest standards of data privacy while safeguarding your private customer information.

Implementing GenAI search within JSP is just the beginning. This development lays a robust foundation for expansive capabilities that will help redefine interactions and experiences in support scenarios. For example, our new AI-driven return material authorization (RMA) process embeds AI into the workflow for certain cases. It will ask for specific log files and analyze them to determine if there’s a definitive need to return equipment for repair and/or replacement—no Juniper Technical Assistance Center engineers involved.
