Maria Zhang

Maria leads the Human Resources (HR) organization across APAC & India, in which she oversees Juniper’s people strategy across the region. Among others, she focuses on fostering inclusion and diversity, as well as helping chart the growth and development of our most important asset, our employees. Prior to Juniper, Maria was with Alcatel Lucent for 15 years in a Business HR leadership role supporting various organizations and business lines across APAC. Before that, she also spent over five years as a Learning and Development Director for a company in the hospitality industry. With over 25 years of experience leading HR for multinational technology companies across the region, Maria has a demonstratable track record of delivering transformative impact and policies for her colleagues, in lockstep with the wider business priorities of her organizations. Maria holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the Shanghai International Studies University, as well as an MBA from Hong Kong University.
